3.1.3 - Backslashes are getting added like in the first release

I am working in the 3.13 release. As far as the backslashes getting inserted into "Page/Post Info Items" form inputs with Saves, we are unfortunately back to the 3.0 release bug.

Here's mine after a few saves:

Yeah, without going to back to manual mods in the database of in the file system, my footers are hosed right now on 3.1.3

I'll release an update shortly that also fixes the archives page / wp-print bug

You might want to take down 3.1.3 before too many people download it... this release is not usable.
