How do I enable comments on Atahaulpa 3.4.4?
 

I have clicked to allow comments in Word Press 2.8.5 Settings|Discussion AND on my blog post (http://literacy-research.com/blog/), I have installed and activated the Subscribe to Comments plug-in, which Atahaulpa 3.4.4 states should be plug-and-play, and I have dragged the BFA comments widget to the left sidebar, but at the end of the footer (after the post date, all the tags, and the category) it still says, "Comments are Closed" and there is no comment box, no matter what I try to do. HELP!

each post has an ' Allow comments on this post' check box - do you have a post where it is check? - it at the bottom of the post edit page under 'Discussion'
