Switch Blog Title and Tagline

How can you switch the Blog Title and Tagline?

I just want the same size and font settings. In case it matters, I have my title and tagline overlaying the logo image. I know this is probably relatively easy but I just can't find the option to do so.

You'll have to edit functions/bfa_header_config.php
