Enabling VisualLightBox
 

I purchased a business version of Visual Lightbox (http://visuallightbox.com/) because it does exactly what I want. It is a snap to use in html websites, but I had intended to use it as a gallery in Atahualpa. I put the header links in header.php, I uploaded the folders to the root folder, i made all the links absolute links and the thing still does not work...it will not display inline, it is missing some of the back and forward arrows, the slideshow is not enabled.

Not only that, but even with a registered copy, the Visual Lightbox logo still shows on the photos. Their support department appears to be non-existent.

Question 1. Has anyone had these problems and if so, what did you do about them?
Question 2. Is there another plug-in that does exactly the same thing as Visual LightBox with the same simplicity of use?
