Sidebar all the way to the top

Is it possible to get the menubar next to the left sidebar so the sidebar is going all the way to the top?
Now (see: http://www.interieurhoutenvloeren.nl/ ) the menubar is above the sidebar :(

one thing you could try is removing the header altogether and adding a new widget area to the top of the center area (new with 3.7.12) then add a wp menu to the widget or look at the existing menu code in the source of the page and copy it to a text widget inthe new widget area.
