[SOLVED] How do I get rid of a widget that has no plugin related to it?

I am taking over a client's website from another developer.

http://www.fivestarmetalworks.com

There is a "Menu" link under the "Appearance" section for creating custom menus, which the Atahualpa theme does not support. I want to uninstall, delete, whatever this widget, but there is no plugin associated with it. I have no idea how the original developer put this there (and he is no longer available).

Any suggestions and help is greatly appreciated!!!

Thanks -

the 'menus' link in the backend (dashboard->Appearances->menus) is the new WordPress menu feature. Atahualpa 3.5.3 supports the new menus
