Change "No comments" to "Please comment"
 

I can't seem to change the text "No comments" as shown here: http://designintense.com/category/chroma/ to anything else. I have done a search for that text and changed it in several places but the page remains the same.

Also, in a related issue, I'd like to have the comment form appear on the pages that allow comments.

That's defined in the post footer items. see ATO->Edit POST/PAGE INFO ITEMS->Edit POST/PAGE INFO ITEMS + FOOTER: Multi Post Pages + FOOTER: Single Post Pages + FOOTER: "Page" Pages
