Issues after updating to 3.7.7

I just updated a site from 3.6.(can't remember the last digit). After I updated, my header image in the images/header folder was gone. I was able to upload the image again, and get it to display in the Header area after some adjusting with the image height field. Are there any other types of changes that are affected when you update the theme?

What I do see is that when I visit the site from the Dashboard, is the Views button in the toolbar at the top of the page isn't displaying. Also the button next to the WP logo has blue text (same as when you open the dropdown list) and only displays and white text on a black background when you hover over it (sort of like the whole thing is reversed). This is also true of the Edit Page button.

How can I fix this?

again I'm not sure what you mean,
what version of WP?
What is the url?
can you include an image circling what you mean?

I am using WP 3.4. URL is www.nekhabitat.org.

I've attached an image with problematic areas circled. I have copied the wp-config.php file and the wp-content folder to my computer. Would you recommend installing the latest version of ATA manually now to try and fix the problems shown in the attached image?

I believe those are controlled by a Wordpress CSS file. Try this, swap to twenty eleven and see if you get the same colors. If yes, it is not theme related. You could look at the source of the page to find the CSS file
