Removing horizontal line between images and links

1 Attachment(s)
Hey everyone,

I use the Atahualpha theme for my picture gallery. See attachment.

I created the page with dreamweaver and copied the HTML-code into wordpress.

Now, a horizontal line between the pictures appears out of nowhere :-(

It only appears if there is no vertical distance between a picture and a link.

I suppose this is due to CSS settings.

Has anyone an idea what to do?

Many thanks in advance!

The html code:

Quote:

<img src="../pics/gallery/thumb/08_Bali.jpg" alt="Syria 2008" width="476" height="272" border="0" /><br />
Bali 2008<br />
<font size="1">Presenting research results at ICADL conference </font></a></p>
<p align="center"><a href="http://.../index.php?journey=2008_Syria" target="_blank"><font size="1"><br />
</font></a><a href="http://.../index.php?journey=2008_Syria" target="_blank"><img src="../pics/gallery/thumb/08_Syria.jpg" alt="Syria 2008" width="476" height="272" border="0" /><br />

Without a URL and the fact that you "created the page with dreamweaver and copied the HTML-code into wordpress" would only allow us to make wild guesses. You will just have to check through the various areas of the theme options and see if there are any border defined that look like the lines you are talking about.

Thanks Larry,

I tried all the settings but I couldn't find a solution.

The only thing I can figure is has something to do with the code you pasted in from Dreamweaver and I'm not sure where the border is coming from.

it is happening because those images are actually LINKS and the LINKS are defined as being underlined, hence the line

to get rid of them go to ATO->Body, Text & Links->Link Default Decoration and set it to NONE

Yeah... What Juggledad said. That was my next thought. ;)
