Vertical drop down menu

Is there a way to create a vertical drop down menu?

If not, I have found several sites (http://www.izzymenu.com/ and http://www.cssmenubuilder.com/build-vertical-menu#) that will generate the code but I am not sure where I should put it to make it work.

Any thoughts?:confused:
