Better body drop shadow (better searching)
Hello
2 part question. First and foremost, I want to ensure I am not bothering with a question that is already answered. I haven't had a lot of luck with my searching and am new to this forum. Any search suggestions? I may be using wrong key words. My main question. Atahualpa seems to have a weak shadow option under the main body area. I know you can un-comment out the shadow and it isn't viewable in IE. But, is there a way to code in a darker shadow, or change it's properties? If not, I realize I'll have to build it into a background image. Thanks! |
what shadow are you talking about? What is your url.
Most shadowing is done via CSS and as you know ie8 doesn't support it. |
It's http://timfreeland.com/
I'm referring to the box shadow outside the white body of the site. How would you make it more "pronounced" like this. http://www.bethelnorthfield.org/ Thanks. |
I see no shadowing on your site and the shadowing on the other site is part of the background image

I must not have the html set correctly. Can you help tell me what I'm doing wrong?
Thanks for your help. http://gyazo.com/d74aaa642a098933cfa5e8a378f06a05.png |
Do an export of your settings (ato->export/import settings) and attach it to a reply

Note that 'Drop Shadow' does not surround an image, it shows only on two sides to give the illusion that the item is hovering above the background. You need to add
HTML Code:
-webkit-box-shadow: 10px 10px 10px #000; http://robertnyman.com/2010/03/16/dr...-web-browsers/ |
Thanks father of the juggle!
