[SOLVED] Version 3.7.13 - lost header and footer

When I upgraded to version 3.7.13 - my header and footer are gone. HELP!

I just found the reply thread for the fix but what I am showing on I.E. and Chrome is both header/footer still missing but on firefox it is ok

try shutting off your plugins - the header is showing on the category pages like 'Pet Awareness Months'

What is different about hour home page?

you have a caching plugin active - flush the caches.

It looks like the only page it is not showing up on the Cambeas Bichon Frise page
