Move RSS under page menu?

I'd like to move the RSS feed options (posts and comments) under the page menu bar. I looked in header.php and index.php but didn't see what I though was the display code. Any suggestions?

I'd also like to move the search box below the page menu bar.

just change the order of the items in ATO->Style & edit HEADER AREA->Configure Header Area
