You will have to contact the developer/owner - Flynn. There is no 'trial version' of the code.

Is there an approximate time-frame for release?

I REALLY want to buy ThemeFrame while still in beta, but I lost my job and getting $80 together right now is impossible. It's a VERY HIGH priority (I love it based on the video), however and I want to do it as soon as I can.
