Google+ like theme

Hi,
I've been using Atahualpa for 3 years now. Is it possible to get a Google+ like look such as this site, http://www.yannick-alleno.com/ ?
From the code, I noticed that it uses the Alkivia wordpress plugin, http://wordpress.org/plugins/alkivia/, but this plugin has not been updated for 2 years.
Any idea would be welcome.

If you wan t all the features of that plugin -

you're going to have to find a plugin to do that work. The theme controls the look of a site, not the functionality.

Could you make Atahualpa look like the theme that is used on that site - sure…with a bunch of work.

Thank you for your reply and sorry to came back to you so late.

I just need the look. How could it be done with Atahualpa ? With the Widgets I guess ? For instance, several rows of 4 widgets in the header and the footer. But what about getting boxes of different dimensions ?
