[SOLVED] ATO won't load

Hi
I've just registered, and there seems to be lots of really useful onformation on the site, which I'm dying to start trying. However... when I click on the ATO link on my dashboard, it won't load. The header, wordpress menus and atahualpa menus load, but the page content, with all the information and editable bits, takes forever, I've just waited 20 minutes!
I am running wordpress 2.8, and Atahualpa 3.4.1, and really don't know enough about this stuff to try to upgrade either. The website was set up by a friend, and I have only just decided to try to learn how to change anything other than content for myself.
Any ideas what the problem might be, please?

first off 'Good for you!" learning something new is good for the soul :)

(A) try swapping to the default theme and make sure everything works.
(B) what is the URL of your site?
(C) Who is your host?

Wow, quick reply this morning, thanks.
I have tried changing to the default theme, but as there don't seem to be any theme options in that one except the header, it's hard to say whether the problem was still there, although the header options did load immediately.
I am on a different computer this evening, and Atahualpa Options do seem to be working better (although it was very slow on this machine last night). My web host suggested trying a different browser, so I've tried it in Google Chrome, and so far that seems to work fine.
The url is www.ccski.co.uk, and believe it or not, I don't actually know the name of the web host - it might be Tytherleigh.com. The guy who runs it is the friend who set up the website for us, and when we need help we usually just say 'Help, Howard....'.
So, I think the problem might be solved by using Chrome instead.

the browser shouldn't make a difference, but glad you found a solution.
