Double image of site title and tagline

Visit VAOS.org and note the double image of the Site Title and Tag line. I've tried a variety of settings and can't get a clean, clear copy to appear. Suggestions appreciated

what do you have at ATO->Style & edit HEADER AREA->Configure Header AreaConfigure Header Area?

have tried changing order of these elements - no noted success.

You are using %logo - which shows the blog title and tag line AND in ATO->Header Image->Overlay Header Image you have added code to display the same information in your Blog title and tag line, hence the double display.

remove one of them
