Problems with right displaying of header pages menu bar

Hi,
i have a static front page as home page ( not titled "home" ) and i triyed to set a pages menu bar for header but i find next problems:

1- how can display one one time only the Home on Pages menu bar ?
2- how to eliminate "Blog Page" from pages menu bar ? Blog is the name i gave to Blog pages.
last but not the least :
How to customize Pages menu bar leaving margin right to each cells like BFA Atahualpa Pages Menu Bar ?
