My sidebar not shown :(

HELLO TO ALL

i had problem with my laptop and deleted the recovery and its working as well but i have problem with my sidebar its not working just all gadegets black or not shown :(

i was oppend adobe cause download active X or flash player it didnt allow me to donwload cause i cant see anything just wight bage :(

my java too its deleted and i cant download it for same reason :(

please help me

I cannot see much in that image I am afraid. I'd have to see an actual URL. The reason for disappearing right sidebars and footers is usually text that's been pasted directly from MS Word.
