Ignores Images in Posts Styling

Hi,

I've set images in posts to be bordered and it was working but now none of my images show borders. What could I have done so that this styling is now ignored? even though it's still there in the options page. HEre's what's there:

padding: 5px;
border: solid 1px #999;
background-color: #ffffff;
-moz-border-radius: 3px;
-khtml-border-radius: 3px;
-webkit-border-radius: 3px;
border-radius: 3px;
align:center;

there are no captions. just in case u ask.

I even reset the settings on that page just in case i was doing something.

what version of Atahualpa and WP?
What is the URL of showing the issue?
