How do you change the background?

If it is in the theme settings, i must be blind, but i would like to either change the colour, or the image for the background, as it is bland being just a plain white. Any information would be helpful.

ATO->Body, Text & Links->Body Style
try this add 'background: #AD4744;' and the background should become a reddish color
