[SOLVED] Theme Options broken (Fresh install 3.4.9)

I did a fresh wordpress install (WP 3.0.1, Dutch language) for a new site, and installed Atahualpa 3.4.9 almost straight away - I created some (mostly empty) pages and installed some plugins.

When I want to go to Atahualpa Theme Options I just get a page of 3 PHP errors:
PHP Warning: Invalid argument supplied for foreach() in E:\comop.nu\wwwroot\wordpress\wp-content\themes\atahualpa\functions\bfa_ata_admin.p hp on line 459
PHP Warning: Invalid argument supplied for foreach() in E:\comop.nu\wwwroot\wordpress\wp-content\themes\atahualpa\functions\bfa_ata_admin.p hp on line 459
PHP Warning: Invalid argument supplied for foreach() in E:\comop.nu\wwwroot\wordpress\wp-content\themes\atahualpa\functions\bfa_ata_admin.p hp on line 459

I disabled all plugins, but that doesn't help. Then I deleted all plugins, and that didn't help either. The site renders normally, I think, although the drop menus look a little off.

Tried deactivating/reactivating, uninstalling/reinstalling, checking on 2 different (Windows) computers in Chrome/IE/Firefox, and nothing makes any difference. Like I mentioned, I'm starting fresh, not upgrading or importing/exporting any options.

Googling didn't help - many sites apparently have error logs containing this warning, but nobody talks about it otherwise. :)

Could the problem be the Dutch version? Can't imagine, but I'm out of ideas, and I'm hoping you have some. The whole theme is useless this way, and I don't want to go looking for another theme when I know this one works fine on my other site.

So, I installed the latest version, and now everything works. :)

I figured that the version Wordpress told me to download would be safest/least buggy, but apparently not.
