Can't move widgets
 

I upgraded to Wordpress 3 and then upgraded from Atahualpa 3.4.4 to 3.5.3. Before upgrading I used the default widgets in the sidebars. Now I would like to move them but I don't know how. When I edit in Wordpress to drag them all over to the right sidebar nothing changes on my blog.

The only plug-ins I am using are Askimet and Sociable. I upgraded Wordpress within Bluehost without deactivating the plugins beforehand. I didn't do any customization to Atahualpa (yet).

Can you please post a link to the site? What default widgets are you trying to use?

. I'm trying to have Recent Posts, Categories and Sites on the right side. I would like to remove everything from the left (Categories, Archives) so that it is a two column blog. They seem to be added when I use the Widgets section of WP 3 but I cannot seem to take them away.

if you don't want the left sidebar, just go to ato->Style & configure SIDEBARS->LEFT sidebar: Display on: and uncheck all the boxes.
