Linking & SEO Optimization
 

I typically link a site I've built to my own in the footer. I have noticed however that within Googles Webmaster tools that my ATA sites are not being indexed in "links to your site". Where is the best place to link a site to another for SEO optimization with ATA so Google finds the link.
