Highlight the word 'comments' on homepage

Hi, can anyone give me step by step instructions.

I am referring to the active link block underneath each post that says "Date, Tags, Categories..."
This is also where it says 'Comments."

Is there a way to highlight the word "comments" so that it stands out more? I don't think my visitors can find where or how to post a comment.

I am not adept with CSS, so I really need all the steps and code if necessary.

Thanks!

You can put HTML into the text areas at Post/Page Info Items. Wrap the %comments(...) tag into i.e. <span style="font-size=16px;color:red;font-weight:bold">%comments(...)</span>

If you don't mind me asking, what is the (...) for?

Is that supposed to have something entered?

the (...) indicates the rest of the options for the %comment - go look at the doc provided on the page at ATO->Edit POST/PAGE INFO ITEMS
