Styling text-widget
I am trying to style a text-widget and it works partly. Bu I can`t figure out how to style a link.
Heres what I hav done in : #text-2 { font-size: 1.2em; background: #4A0158; color: #FFCC00; padding: 2px; } The above code works fine. To style a link I tried this: #text-2 a:link{ color: #FFCC00; } But it do not work, what am I doing wrong? |
I now see that it works, I did not do anything, I was actually out of the house, and when I came back it worked.
Is it possible to change the header, there is a misprint, shoud be styling, not syyling. |
I think both Flynn and Juggledad are away, so nobody is around to fix the heading. It's OK...we all make typos. :)
Were you using Firefox? I find that Firefox, which I love otherwise, has a very tricky cache. I often have to dump it repeatedly in order to see changes I've made. Safari makes it easier to clear the cache. I'm on a Macbook Pro. |
In this case I tried both Firefox and Opera (wich I usually use).
