Just purchased with eCheck through Paypal.....have question
 

My PayPal receipt tells me this; eChecks usually take 3-5 business days to process (estimated: 10/20/2010-10/22/2010). We advise merchants not to ship items until they receive payment.

Is it customary to wait until the payment has cleared to obtain download access to TF?
