Wordpress Themes - WP Forum at BFA - [SOLVED] Reply link in Comments console(?) not working...being mocked by wife on her

In the Comments console(?) the "Reply" link is not working. It doesn't redirect, load page, etc. The "Quick Edit" link is also not working on this page. The link on hover for both the "Reply" and "Quick Edit" links is

I'm not even sure where to begin on this one. Do I need to install a plugin to accomplish this or have I missed something obvious? (sorry about the post formatting...is there a way to make the links show as text without using the html brackets?)
