NextGen Gallery Plugin "Background Sound" does not work

NextGen Gallery, OPTIONS, SLIDESHOW has a space to enter URL for background music: Background music (URL) where I have entered a working .mp3 file with the following URL: http://jazzoids.com/wp-content/campina.mp3

The mp3 does not play. What am I doing wrong?

I would check on the plugin site. Here is some info I found on a quick search.

Thanks for the research. The example given in the link you provided suggests adding a custom field for the illustrated meta tag in the attached picture 1.Attachment 1274

I made the additions to the Page as illustrated in picture 2.Attachment 1275

But no luck. Do you think I read the instruction in picture 3 correctly?Attachment 1276

Thanks

I just added the url to your mp3 in my NextGen options and it played fine when viewing the show. Maybe it's a plugin conflict.

I see. I do have a "Wimpy Player" configured on my "Live Listening" Page. Any thoughts how to segregate them. It does not play if not on that page. Been thinking of dumping it.

"Live Listening" page HTML:

Live Listening

Flash Player upgrade required

I haven't used Wimpy Player since my HTML and Joomla days. Not sure about configuration. Perhaps another player. And for your slideshow issue maybe something like this slideshow plugin which looks kind of nice.

Thanks, I am looking at the plug-in you suggested...looks great!

Do you have a suggestion for a mp.3 player more compatible with the "Live Listening" page. I have so much more music I would like to "share."

Hope you also like Jazz :)

And I just bought the developer version of the slideshow plugin I liked it so much. It even allows for linking of the individual images and for multiple file uploads.

As for the player I just did a quick search and found this one which looks interesting.
