How to create in text headline format for "pages"

I want to add a headline format with color to the body text formatting. In other words NOT the headline of the page itself but h1, h2, h3, h4 in the body text. Cannot figure out where it goes.
Help, please.

if you want to style the h1, h2 etc inside the posts, you will have to use an CSS Insert with something like

HTML Code:

.post-bodycopy h1 {color:#00ffff;}

.post-bodycopy h2 {background-color: #554433;}

or what ever else you want to put in.
