Styling in Blog - rather not have on pages

On this blog http://www.moorsholm.org.uk/?page_id=9 - I've surrounded each post with a 1px green border. Seems appropriate to the content. However the border appears on static pages too http://www.moorsholm.org.uk/ and I wish it didn't. Can this be achieved.

In 3.2.1 posts and pages will have different CSS classes so it will be possible to style them differently without editing theme files.
