Header Images not showing

I replaced the header images and now Im getting a blank header 3 out of 5 times. Any suggestions?

I have not tested all images but one was named wrongly:

Code:

header4.jpg.LCK

The others may have a space in the file name, or also not end on .jpg, .gif or .png as they should, just like the one above

I have changed all of the image filenames and I am still having issues. I use this theme on a couple of other projects without issue.

I have been using Dreamweaver to upload files to images/header and when ever I do that Dreamweaver creats a .lck file and thats what was killing it. The lck files do not show in dreamweaver.
