Blank space below menu bar.

Hi there,
Below my menu bar there exists a sizable blank space. I can't seem to find an option to eliminate it. Thanks for any help.

You have assigned a 'padding:200px 200px' at ATO->Style & edit CENTER COLUMN->Center column style. That puts 200 px at the top, right then repeats for teh bottom and left.
