How to add padding to right sidebar?

I can't seem to find out how to lower the right sidebar so that it is inline with my lowered center column. Here' s what I mean www.hercart.com. I had success in adding padding to the center column to affectively lower it. but when I try the same thing with the sidebar. All I do is pad the text within the widget , not lower it. Any help?

You'd have to add a new DIV inside td#left (by manually editing footer.php) and move that DIV down with margin-top. Or give td#right a padding-top as you already did and a border-top in the color of the header background so it appears as if it was moved down and as if the top border of td#right belonged to the header
