[SOLVED] ATO -- can't add multiple lines of code

Can you please check corefusionstudio.com. For some reason Atahualpa Theme Options is not displaying correctly. Can only see one line for adding code (i.e. css inserts). We have uninstalled and re-installed Atahualpa 3.5.3 to no avail. Using WP 3.0.1. Very difficult to make changes to the site this way. Thanks for any help you can provide.

Most likely a plugin conflict. Disable all your plugins and see what happens, then add the in a couple at a time
