[SOLVED] page menu formatting

I seem to be getting conflicts between atahualpa page menu formatting, and css inserts. (Attached is an image of what I'm going for.) Thanks for any help.

what version of atahualpa and WP?
what is your url?
What are you trying to accomplish?

Atahualpa 3.4.6
Wordpress 2.9.2
I attached an image of what I want to achieve. (Control/formatting of nav menu button interior spacing. I want to be able to change the shape and position of the rectangle of the button relative to the link/content in the button.)

URL: www.portlandurology.com

I want those nav buttons to be taller rectangles, with the link (ie. "Home") to be cnetered at the TOP of the tall rectangle.

the best way to walk thru this is to add a border around the menu items so you can visually see how big they are. Then you can change the height and play with the padding in teh CSS Inserts

doesn't the background color serve the same purpose?

I didn't realize that you had the menu so height. chandt your 'div#menu1 ul#rmenu2' padding-top to 40px and add
HTML Code:

div#menu1 ul#rmenu2 li a {
height: 30px;}

and see if that works for you.

well it looks like that corrected your issue so I will close this - if you still have a problem you can re open it (thread tools)
