Adding Adsense Units in Atahualpa 3.4.1

Hi – I want to add 3 adsense units in the following sections:

1) First One just below post Title
2) 2nd One in the middle of the body post
3) 3rd one just above comments section

If you're smart enough to set up an MFA-blog (MadeForAdsense) with high-paying keywords I'm sure you're smart enough to figure this out yourself. Anyway, for 1 and 3, hint: byline and footer.
