Page/Post Titles normal, then too small?

My post title and widget titles load correctly at first, then reduce size to unreadable...suggestions? Suspect css, but unsure where to start? Thanks!:confused:

What version of Atahualpa and WP?
What is the URL?
Have you added and CSS Inserts?
Try disabling all plugin's and see if it still happens,
