Is it possibleto set up:
page menu bar and category menu bar in one bar
and how?
In Atahualpa theme options, in style and edite header area I wrote: %logo %image %pages %cats
however, pages and categories appear in two bars?

create a WP custom menu where you can have both pages and categories in the same menu
