Wordpress Themes - WP Forum at BFA - New Site Not Sending Out E-mail (WP 3.9 & Atahualpa 3.7.15)

I am Building a new site with Wordpress 3.9 and Atahualpa 3.7.15.

Unfortunately, it appears not to be sending out any e-mail. No New User e-mail, No Comment notification e-mail, and No e-mail via Contact Form 7. Contact Form 7 generates an error message as follows:

"Failed to send your message. Please try later or contact the administrator by another method."

The Admin and site e-mail addresses are set to e-mail accounts that do match the site domain.

Are others having this problem with Wordpress 3.9 and Atahualpa 3.7.15? Using GoDaddy as the Host.

I'd greatly appreciate any help or suggestions!
