Changing Page Menu Font to Sentence Case

I want the text in the Page Menu to be upper and lower case rather than all caps. Is this in the CSS, because the Page Titles themselves are in sentence (upper and lower) case. If so - where can I make the change?

See Theme Options -> Page Menu Bar -> Transform text in Page Menu Bar?
