[SOLVED] How to remove the white space between header and pages

On: http://www.ocbi-bouwopleidingen.nl/ I want to remove the whitespace between the header and the content part. I want to move up the right-sidebar (and content part) to fit to the %bar2 but I cannot find how? It is about 20px but I cannot find the setting anywhere I use ATA 3.5.3 with WP 3.0.1

Any idea?

You have a padding of 15px on td#header

I mean the white space between the header and the content, the space above is the header is %bar1, thats ok
Where do I change this setting?

font-size: 13px;
line-height: 1.5;
color: #000000;
