Editing/Deleting Custom Field Names

WP: 3.0.4
Ata: 3.4.9

I have misspelled one of my custom field names and would like to change it. I also have custom field names I would like to delete. Where do I do this? Thanks for your help!

DeleteCustom plugin should help.
