Montezuma Post Thumbnail Has Bad Quality
 

Hello everyone,

I have installed Montezuma on my Wordpress website and am experiencing a small issue with the post thumbnails. The image displayed in these thumbnails has poor quality. When viewing the full post, however, the image quality is ok (identical with the uploaded image). In the below image, the top part is the thumbnail preview and the bottom part, the actual post (hopefully, the differences between the two are visible).

Note that this has not happened always. It might be that the thumbnail image Wordpress creates is saved with a lower quality, or the thumbnail size is not set up properly.

Now my question would be if someone here has encountered this problem with the Montezuma Wordpress theme. If so, how did you manage to solve it?

I have exactly the same issue: the thumbnail quality on http://www.bartvandermark.nl/blog/ is pretty awfull. I didn't have this issue on atahualpa.

Do I need to regenerate thumbnails or something?

That link goes to an Atahualpa site. The thumbnails look fine.
