Help in Multi Level Categories/Drop Down Menu

Sir i was facing drop down/ multi level categories problem , i am using wordpress 3.01 version and using RedCarpet Wordpress theme , so i want DROPDOWN MENU/Multi Level Categories ,
I can't understand where is problem of in this theme or i m also not a professional .php developer .. So i am waiting of answer..
